What payment options do you accept?
palm.hr accepts electronic bank transfers (for annual plans only) and all major credit and debit cards (including MADA).
Can you send me an invoice?
Yes, if you choose an annual subscription plan.
Do you offer discounts for universities, NGOs and StartUps?
Yes! We offer a discounted plan for Educational Institutions and NGOs working on making the world a better place. Please get in touch with us and provide proof of your status. We'll get back to you with a discount.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
You can cancel your plan at any time. To downgrade a paid account, please send us a message via the in-app chat or email email@example.com
When am I billed by palm.hr?
palm.hr bills annual contracts immediately on the day of subscribing and on monthly contracts your MADA/Credit Card will be charged every month.
Can I create a custom bundle?
Currently you can only choose between the palm.hr CORE and palm.hr PRO plans. We are working hard on providing additional features for both plans. Major new modules will be made available to you as add-ons.
Can I switch between plans?
Switching between plans is easy to do, simply visit the billing settings of your environment.
Can I watch a presentation/demo with all features?
Definitely! Just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens at the end of my trial?
Once your trial has ended, you will be asked to subscribe in order to continue to use our services.
Do I get customer support?
We prize ourselves on being one of the most customer centric companies in the region. On all plans you will be able to contact us via E-Mail and Live Chat within the system, should you have any questions.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope. The subscription options available to you are monthly or annual. You can cancel anytime if you choose a monthly payment plan.
